We want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for participating in this year's election! Alhamdullilah election results are here (below). A few things to consider. The following individuals are now your Shura leaders, but they still need your support. We want to emphasize that the Shura is meaningless and worthless without the support of MSA members. May Allah (SWT) bless next year's MSA. Congratulations to everyone!

Assalamu Alaikum,
We hope this reaches you with the best state of health and iman. We would like to make you aware of a exciting and tremendous university effort that is taking place at the University of Illinois at Chicago. IAW or Islam Awareness Week has been a yearly tradition at our university and many other university MSA across the nation. From its inception it has been a avenue for many people on college campus' across America to learn about the beautiful religion of Islam. However, the University of Illinois at Chicago's Muslim Student Association needs your help. The MSA this year is at odds with the funding of this event and need your generous support. With the IAW budget looming over 5,000 dollars we need you and the community at large to help us with such a noble and ambitious effort. No donation is too small and your help is greatly appreciated.
As we know we are living in tough times where the deen of Islam is being hijacked and the true essence of the deen is being lost in cloud of misconception. So be apart of a great cause to dispel some of those misconceptions and shed some light on the matter. So invest in your akhirah and give back to your community. InshaAllah your break has been great. We wanted to start this semester off right by bringing an event that was supposed to happen last semester but didn't work out. Assassin! The rules are all listed below.
We are going to get this started ASAP so please email adeeb.ullah.syed@gmail.
Rules:
1) You are assigned a "victim." This is confidential, so you don't want to tell others who your victim is if you want to WIN.
2) You will have to shoot YOUR victim with water, be creative
3) If you kill your victim, your victim has to tell you who their victim is and that will become your NEXT TARGET.
In order for your victim to be considered ASSASSINATED, you AND your victim MUST EMAIL adeeb.ullah.syed@gmail.
4) There are restrictions to where you can and can not spray your victim. You CANNOT shoot inside any buildings, apartments, cars, trains, and buses. It has to be outside. Also, If you spray your victim's backpack that doesn't count. You HAVE TO spray them!

***IMPORTANT***
1) If you are someone that is never on campus. You will be disqualified.
2) If you begin to realize that you can't find your victim anywhere, come see us (Adeeb or Muntaser). We will try to help you out and if we too never see your victim around, they will automatically be disqualified as well.
